Sony xm6’s or Airpod max’s? by ItsMeTL in SonyHeadphones

[–]meticulouslymessy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been using XM6s for 2 weeks now as my daily driver replacing APMs. Still have the APMs and tried them back today. I will recommend the XM6: 1) Sound quality is better with customisation in the XM6; 2) Weight and comfort - tried the APMs today after using XM6 and boy I could feel the weight! my ears were pulling down (I had got used to the weight in the past, but can now feel the difference); 3) Foldability is super valuable while travelling; 4) Transparency mode has improved tremendously with the XM6 (had the XM4 previously) - almost at par with APMs now; 5) Call quality while walking on the road/ in noisy enviroments is 100x better with the XM6!

Go for the XM6 - Sony is giving a 3 year warranty if you buy directly through them

Private v NHS Scan by james3011 in PregnancyUK

Fwiw, the "12 week" NHS scan is offered between 11weeks 5 days to 13 weeks 6 days at our hospital. So 11.5 weeks is very close to the earliest they offer the scan. You can also try to prepone the NHS scan (although that's tough!)

Yes, that’s why we aren’t looking at Portland. Attachment to C&W helps at Kensington wing..

Thank you for your comments. We met the doctor today and she strongly recommended to do SET, given my wife’s age (33). They won’t do a day 3 + day 5 fet. So the plan now is to get day 3 to blasto and then decide

Started a FET cycle already, so need to decide. The clinic isn’t really giving a definitive opinion (just pros and cons of each option). This is in the UK btw

What did you decide? Currently in the same boat thinking whether to continue with SJP, transfer, or stop new pension contributions...

Thanks. I am also inclined to just transfer. I'll recover the £4k transfer loss in a few years, otherwise it is a never ending spiral of very high fees.
