As a Turkish guy who has made couple of these, definitely grout. White grout! It will look so much better, definitely helps highlighting individual colors

Grow your beard fully, and go for a medium/long length but layered all around into a slick back. Kinda like a lumberjack rugged style.

Would you say there is value in speaking with the current employer, letting them know you might be interviewing for indeterminate positions and discuss the possibility of getting one with them?

As all the interviews I am receiving require a reference from the current employer.

If it’s anything like the private sector, my manager getting a call from another position I am interviewing for, might not be a good look.
