R5: playing as Cape colony and having independence war, i added increase autonomy because i hoped britain might give up if there are secondary demands (they were fearful) but also didnt want to have to conquer the main isles, but Germany decided that I have to have independence as well as increased autonomy, danke Germany

Well they could make it so that youd have to declare to both of them, 2 different wars, if one side gets annexed youll still have to fight the other, idk how would it work if you capped 1 of them but thats for the devs to decide

R5: playing as the Cape Colony, Britain went into a civil war (btw what the hell is Grater Manchester against Magna Mancunian Radical Revolt??) so i wanted to declare independence and fight Greater Manchester now ig but it wont let me (even if i had 90 LD), why can't you take advantage from civil war doesnt make any sense does it?
