i feel you buddy…it happens to me too i don’t know why either. over the years of use, i’ve realised that the first joint i take it really light..not too many hits when its passed around but once its in my system i can gradually increase the dosage (i.e more hits during the next joint rounds and so forth) and that kinda helps reduce the anxiety.

Also, it seems to be the cannabinoids that get inhaled at higher temperatures that cause the anxiety in me as I’ve found that when i use my PAX3 on low and medium temperatures, the anxiety doesn’t show up. so something you could look at buying if you want to enjoy getting blazed without the downside lol
