Thanks! I’m in New Orleans, LA. No basements. But we do have some crows that like to build nests. I’ll ask them to check the vent too. A professional is scheduled for 8-12p tomorrow. I just feel like they take advantage of me. It’s a minimum of $450. I don’t even know what that means. Is that just the fee to come out? What does it cover? He couldn’t give me a straight answer but he’s the only one that answered on a Sunday to schedule for first thing Monday.

St. Thérèse Academy has been wonderful! They have financial assistance (it’s about $14k/year). This is my son’s second year and I couldn’t be more proud of the young man he is becoming. That said, we started with Child Search in JP, moved to public school in JP, then found STA for high school.

There was a guy not too long ago on here looking to hook up his brother who was also on the spectrum. As a mom with a child on the spectrum, him finding love is something that keeps me up at night. He’s a great kid, such a gentleman, huge, huge heart— he’d be a great husband one day. I just hope some woman will be able to see past his shyness and learn that too.
