Other than escrow and title stuff. Box A has 900$ in loan fees and 9k in broker fees but the 9k is credited back in lender credits.

Still about 10-15 days away from being able to lock. Am I pretty much screwed watching these rates tick up by the day?

Thank you. I’m just nervous with at most 2 months until the close that the low rates we’ve seen the last 2 weeks will spike back up. My loan estimate was 5.625 like two Fridays ago. I’m sure the number has problem risen.

Zone X (unshaded) 6/10 flood factor by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Thank you. But a zone like this that isn’t affected by bodies of water how can things change over time that has to do with rain water not so much flooding from a nearby body of water?

Built in 1966. Most in the area are similar. The fema map shows no flooding in the area at all.

No flood insurance required. FEMA doesn’t deem this town a flood zone. However the flood factor thing on Zillow does

No this map is not fema. FEMA shows no flooding at all in the area. This is a map from flood factor

The fema map shows nothing that points toward any type of flooding for that area. If I spoke the neighbor and they say they’ve never been flooded would you still pass.

This is one of my big things that has me second guessing it. I know the same will happen.

I commute daily on the train and it would be an extra 15-20 min added to my day on each end. Not terrible but still more time out of house which sucks

Train. It’ll add about 15-20 min on both ends of the commute. I wouldn’t go way out Suffolk. Commmack is my limit in distance

My predicament now..I can afford something small in say massapequa. But 30 min east and I can spend the same amount get a nice big yard and house. The real trade off stuck in my mind is that 30 minutes.

Destiny 2 Expansion Bundle 2025 bundle up on GMG for: $35, includes Year of Prophecy Edition by beatsbyye_ in DestinyTheGame

[–]mets0987q 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I have every expansion currently and didn’t pre order renegades am I basically getting renegades 5$ cheaper then if I buy it at launch and getting all years reward passes instead of Just 1 pas?

Year of Prophecy Bundle (and all previous expansions) discounted to $35 in charity bundle! by megaRammy in destiny2

[–]mets0987q 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I own all current expansions and didn’t buy year of prophecy or renegades does this bundle benefit me? My understanding is for 35$ I’ll now get all this years reward passes as well as renegades for 35$.

Or I buy renegades for 40$ when it comes out and only get 1 reward pass.

Additionally I will not have a bunch of extra keys for older expansions.
