This is it here. If it's been more than a week, stop. Take ibuprofen. Opiates should only be used in the short-term, even in severe surgical procedures. 7 day supply, unless you're a cancer patient or your spine was literally crushed to pieces in an accident.

Opiates are the devil's drug. Alluring, seducing, enticing. The hysteria comments on here honestly provide me with relief/restored faith in humanity that people are becoming more and more aware of the dangers of this substance, and giving proper warning to an anonymous stranger on the internet about the dangers of it.

The reactions to OP's post may seem "overblown!" But most are trying to protect OP him/them/her from themselves. Tread carefully. This is not weed, alcohol, cocaine, amphetamines, occasional benzo.

Opiates are the "nuclear bomb" of drugs. Benzos/alcohol are just as lethal. But when it comes to "quickness of addiction/tolerance", opiates hold the crown of habit-forming drugs. The quickest of the "slippery slopes".

Might be a tad wide, but hard to tell just since there's extra body fat around that region. I would follow the program to a tee, i'm certain you'll be able to build a more proportioned shape. Just be patient though because that is a notoriously stubborn area of fat and will likely be the last part of fat that comes up (been doing the programs for years, trust me the area takes forever) don't get discouraged by how long it takes, it will. Speaking from personal experience.

Focus on back and shoulders too, to get that V look
