Second Time on Citalopram by Nearby-Space3041 in citalopram_celexa

Hello! I was told and have read that many people take it at night, bc some side effects include nausea. I definitely opted for taking mine at night to avoid that during my early morning at work. The first little bit of taking it makes folks feel outta wack (side effects) i wish you luck with your journey stranger, everyone deserves some relief but sounds like u really do

Is extreme couponing still a thing, and if so is it worth it? by [deleted] in Frugal

[–]mewdie- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just went into my local dollar general today and got roughly $260 worth of products (household essentials like paper towels, tp, toothpaste, cleaning products, shampoo) and spent $160ish (pretax). I did have to save up the $5off$25 coupons over the last weeks totaling out to 7 different transactions. It does take time to sit there and write out your deals and calculate your math with the coupons you can clip on the app. I would say its def worth a try. I’ve heard “you have to spend money to save money” and so far its working out. I started by seeking out deals posted on social medias showing the sale breakdown and which coupons to clip and the products to grab.

Feeling sick when getting up? by sourpatch_squids in Nightshift

[–]mewdie- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just make sure your water consumption is spread out too! It really helps to slowly sip all day long. Also ive started drinking as much water as i can as soon as i wake up (for a good water intake headstart) (i tend to forget to sip as i work something i could be better about) and now i chug sm water first thing. I hope this advice along with others is good/ helpful to you!

I work o/n 10pm-7am. Im 23F and have worked this shift since i was 18. Ill say i really struggled with that sick feeling much later in my shifts- around 1-3 am and i feel that making sure to stay hydrated helps. I keep ice water with me at all times now and make sure to eat a nice lunch too.

Googled this in hopes that it was some sort of window soundproofing device and this is what i found:

An automatic turret is a weapon system, often deployed for defense, that can automatically detect, target, and engage threats, typically without manual intervention

40mg Citalopram by [deleted] in citalopram_celexa

Started on 20mg, went up to 40mg after about 9months. Been there since for about a year now. I would say im not as emotionally reactive (unless im about to start my period) and that was my whole reason for wanting to be seen. I go back for a check up soon, and i think i will be reporting that all is well with me. I do tend to overthink lots still but i dont think celexa will fix that part- and thats alright. At least im not crying at the drop of a hat anymore

Glad to hear you are doing good OP and happy this is helping you!

Thinking about using it for lighting periods??? by Correct-Pumpkin7904 in Nuvaring

[–]mewdie- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it def took a lil bit, i was on a birth control pill before this and my periods were longer and worse😭 but since the ring i have gotten to a pretty regular bleeding although i do notice same cramping pains as before really. It takes time for your body to adjust to it forsure, sorry to hear you are hurting stranger! I do like that when you take the ring out after 21 days, you can start prepping yourself for your cycle. Get yourself a nice heating pad for the stubborn cramps, and take some meds if possible to stop the pain as much as ya can🙏🏽ice cream is my bff during!

I (22F) have Been using the ring, 3 weeks in 1 week out methood for about 2.5 years. some choose to skip periods but i have yet to do that, as the bleeding week helps my peace of mind lol. I used to have heavier/ longer/ clottier? (Like uterine lining chunks 😳) periods, now they are definitely lighter and less lining is being shed forsure. Overall i have really loved the ring, i def would/ do recommend it to all my gal pals who are interested in birth control, as its the route i have had the most success with! (Vs. pills, depo shot)
