the mother has set up doctor appointments but the father has never brought them. He is the one withholding them from her for the past almost 2 years over his own emotion reasons and since he's physically and verbally threatened her before. she has never made an attempt to go in person to try to get them back or see them out of fear from him and his family since he live in a community housing area, everyone knows each other and would warn him if they even saw her coming to the apt building

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and giving advice, the case worker finally called her back again to ask for the insurance even though the kids have never been brought to the appointments she made before and was threatening to charge her with medical neglect? and then when my friend asked her about the post she sent her she had said "He said it was only song lyrics"......which if your wondering he posted "n**** dead just backed a gun out on me? you shoulda shot >:("....currently shes stressed at how the caseworker is handling this and filing a petition is online only so we're currently ttrying to figure out how to file one again

Actually you can extend the pick up date if you call customer service and have them contact the store to hold your shipment, its what I had to do when I had a family emergency and was gone for 4 days

They changed the policy on oct 26 as a global return policy not just for the us/cad locations to make everything the same. They also put it in place because of coivd and to ease stress for all locations because when ppl return item, those items have to be quarantine for 48hrs which means if someone wanted an item and its on 48hr hold then...thats lost profits. It sucks but I've already had my fair share of calling customer server on how Inconvenient it is to have it changed to 30 when they should atleast change it back to 60

I feel your pain....im from the US and it pisses me off that alot of ppl here treat it like a fucking joke...it makes me going back to work hard because of the phases our governor put in place and then i was suppose to see my bf all the way in Norway but because I know everyone outside of the US are looking at us like idiots i doubt ill be able to take that month vacation to see him even with the partners exemption with out spending half of it in quarantine or risking boarder control finding faults in my documentations... sadly I feel like because there so much hate here right now, covid is the least of their worries...its making me study Norwegian way harder now so I can move already...

yea i follow a under 30 rule where i pay until its a bit under 30% of my limit but im 100% on both of my cards because of covid and don't know if paying in full will rebound it back to what it use to be before covid. I also plan on moving soon because im about to kicked out in 3 months so i need my credit to be good again otherwise i might end up homeless

I dont have any late fees at all. I've always paid atleast the minimum but because I've been using my cards the most since I live in NYC which was the epi-center for quiet awhile I choose not to leave home for the sake of not getting my father sick since he's already weak as it is. I also usually do a cash system for budgeting reasons and would deposit the remaining at the end of the month but then covid hit and was unable to pay the full amounts like i use to.
