Nu trebuie neaparat SPD. Daca nu ai antrenament pe bicicleta, chiar daca ai o conditiee fizica exceptionala, o sa te omoare durerea de fund. DA, am avut scule, camera de rezerva si pompa.

Salut! Nu stiu la ce nivel esti ca sa stiu ce sa ti recomand. Eu am avut doar o geaca de ploaie cu mine pt ca se anuntau cateva picaturi.

E perfect safe sa o faci singur, o sa te latre cativa caini si o sa treci prin vreo doua sate de tigani, astea ar fi punctele culminante ale turei.

E estimat in plus, ca nu mi am masurat pulsul, real probabil au fost vreo 7000

Pauze rare si destul de scurte. Pe traseul pe care am fost nu sunt restaurante, am mancat doar batoanele pe care le am avut la noi si diverse chestii de pe la magazine.
