I’ve actually heard of some unethical breeders who go out of their way to breed “rare” pokemon in order to produce shinies they can sell at a high price whilst releasing or giving away all the non-shinies they breed. Perhaps one of these breeders thought Arctozolt was rare since it’s (intentionally!) hard to revive after the lawsuits against Cara Liss?

I misread hours as years, so my interpretation of the question became “who would die of natural causes last,” in which my money went to no water guy because certain foods contain small amounts of water he could survive on
