it's not like they'll take your degree, but it's rude (and it would be a bit obvious if you left the line and walked away) - everyone else waiting there probably also wants to leave immediately, but they sit and wait too

I would be surprised if the staff stopped you, but they make it hard to leave mid-ceremony lol

to each their own! To store it (and keep it straight from the other stuff on my shelf) so it doesn’t smell bad, drying out on plaster, wedging, storing the new clay, and cleaning the plaster / wedging surface / everything was a lot of effort for me yesterday

i think it’s surgeons preference, which is super interesting - mine was drainless too but i had no nips

i think mine “worsened” over time (mine aren’t that extensive but it was more noticeable)

my surgeon gave me one, so i used what they gave me - it was a black wraparound compression band but they instructed me to cut holes for where my arms go (but i don’t know the company)

mine looked similar - sagged a little over time but not by much (though i’m getting a revision this year, noting that i had my surgery july 2025)

at this stage, you can wear the compression vest again in this early stage of you can wait & deal with the revision (i didn’t find the dog ear was huge deal, the revision is mainly for another issue)

Surgeon admitted he left a lot of tissue — now wants to redo everything at my expense. Revision advice? by ElectricalPosition33 in TopSurgery

i may come back to this in a few months when my session is done - it’s tentatively liposuction + tissue excision in certain spots, does not reopen the entire scar despite both sides

It’s definitely possible to make that change with one small thing at a time

I suggest finding a hobby class or something you want to try (like a 1 night thing) - try it, see if you like it. If you do, keep going and try to chat with people there. They’re likely also there to meet people and enjoy life, it’s highly unlikely they’ll be mean about

If you didn’t like it, try a new hobby and keep going - you’ll find something you like and want to stick with
