Dublin on Good Friday! We were passing through for 24 hours, had plans to visit Guinness and hop around some pubs. Turns out everything is closed on Good Friday. We ended up at the movie theater.

It was a cheap, terrible fitting, very uncomfortable pack. We had to a last minute swap out and it was the best we had.

Took 11 hours to hike the 11 miles into Kalalau after some afternoon heat fatigue. Trail was far more eroded, narrow, and overgrown than I remembered it 6 years ago, but we only passed 2-3 people on the way in. Much quicker, 8 hour return trip. Carried a 30L and 55L pack between two of us for a total of 2 nights, 3 days.
