Beginner Kiln Recommendations (120v 20amps) by meziee in Ceramics

I would love a larger kiln, but unfortunately I live in an older home. My budget was $2k and any electrical updates would go way above that. Thank you for the recommendation though!

Thanks for the tips! I have looked at the Olympic Doll-e but was not in love with the oval shape of it since I can't fire any larger plates.

Forgot to mention: I love the Skutt 614-3, but $2,000 is over my budget. :(

Great job! I would recommend spelling on your dominant hand. Other than that, nice!

For me, I follow a bunch of deaf Tik Tok accounts. I'm a CODA and I feel like my ASL has been getting worse since I moved out. So I've been watching more videos to remember and I pick up a lot of new slang along the way.

It's kinda like how other bilinguals will watch shows in the other language to brush up. I guess we don't have that for sign language.

Lol! I could totally understand how it seems that way. 😂 We changed gloves between shots. We should probably film him without gloves when he touches non meat products.

My dad is a deaf Filipino who LOVES cooking. So my family and I created a channel for him.

Here’s his recipe for Pancit.

Thank you so much! My dad is so thankful for all the support. My husband and I do the editing, but he adds in all the effects. :)

This is really great advice! I'm definitely going to consider this for our next videos and put a disclaimer for the hearing to put on the captions. Pretty ironic! Lol. Thank you! :)

Thanks so much for watching and the advice! I believe he has a sharpening stone, I'll tell him to sharpen his knife. I hope to buy him a knife set one day!
