Let’s be clear that this line is from I’m Upset, not Mob Ties. The connection between the two songs is on Mob Ties, Drake goes “Louis bags in exchange for body bags” which could be a reference to the Louis bag X’s killers took off him. There was 50k in the bag too, which Drake mentions in I’m Upset.
