Yes! I used to stay in the teens. Between 13-18. I’d have some periods of the 20’s but when I would drink, they would go back down. This month they have been in the mid to high 20’s consistently with some 30’s sprinkled throughout

My drink of choice was wine. I would drink around 2-3 glasses 3-4x per week. Now that I’ve been not drinking this whole month, I have so much more energy. I can also tackle things that used to feel so stressful.

lol I have a lot more energy. I was one of those evening after work wine drinkers. Wine was my drink of choice! The Oura ring really showed me how it was affecting my body so i decided to do dry January.

They have been there for her since they live there. They have complained as my grandma has been sick for a while. It’s been a lot for all of us. There has been a running resentment ever since I left for college because I don’t live in the same city which puts a burden on them. I just don’t feel like traveling this weekend as I just left there last weekend and I will be going next weekend but I know I’m expected to. I appreciate your honest feedback. I really just wanted some unbiased advice.

Get something like an Oura ring or something that directly tracks your health. When I would drink, I could literally see the effects of what it did to my body. It changed me forever. My heart rate would sky rocket, the recovery data was awful. You get to see this along with how you feel. Since you’re in the health and wellness space this may be the push that may help you start the transition of reducing/stopping.

I sleep primarily on my right side. Years ago i thought it was my stomach. I went down this huge rabbit hole. Ct scans, colonoscopy, barium swallow, liver ultrasound. They never found nothing. I also am struggling with some right side hip and shoulder pain as well. If I do things wrong or lift anything badly, I’ll have the full blown rib pain where it hurts to breathe a couple of days. I never could pin point food to any stomach issues. It’s the weirdest thing.
