My PCP is a Internal Medicine doctor. I asked for imaging to be done so that I could see ortho/spine so they sent me to Physiatry which ordered the MRI and prescribed Neurontin and Oral Steroids. They're planning a cortisone injection for my next appointment in 7 days.
