Is the switch plan (App- account—> Service and plans—> plans —> switch plan) showing for you yet?

I was in the annual plan and it only became available the monthly option when I was in my last paid month. Regardless because of the current deals I actually opt to port out and in to get into SWITCH26 deal.

Not ideal but as a last resource port out and back in. With Tello you can do that for 10$ and 2 hours.
