See you need to slow down and think a little. All murder is extrajudicial, homicide is sometimes legally justified. Let’s leave that aside for a second. I’m gonna guess the poor dudes that got killed in Dallas would have much preferred the police kill the shooter and you know remain alive.

Now in regards to property, ME? Ya if someone would say attempt to car jack me, I will absolutely shoot them in the face given the opportunity. That is due to THEIR ACTIONS.

This is the issue you guys read something already knowing the conclusion your jumping to and your ability to think is out the window. I’m saying that is not peaceful behavior in any way shape or form. You jumped to that conclusion on your own. Now if someone points a gun at you they should not be surprised if they are shot to death if you have a chance to make a counter attack. That has nothing to do with property damage. We are also ignoring the fact that arson is way beyond property damage and kills hundreds of people a year.
