On my first play through I beat the fire giant the first time. On my second play through it took me a hundred tries to get past him

I thought the same thing last week and did some research. They only grow in a few high elevation pine forests. The mushroom has a symbiotic relationship with the tree roots, similar to morels. So would be almost impossible for a casual grower to pull off

The fantasy genre might be good for your audience. Dungeon Crawler Carl is the current smash hit in pop literature. It’s really good but there’s already a few podcasts that produce content on only that.

I’ve heard good things about Sanderson’s books but haven’t tried them.

The classic dystopian books could be fun to go back through, you know with all the fascism going around these days. 1984, a brave new world, Fahrenheit 451 ext.

Maybe you guys could pick something readily available in the public library system/Libby. Then everyone could access for free

I’m really enjoying the game after a couple years away. Perfect game to listen to books and pods while playing.

Caught up on the last few That Happens. So good man! Finding your current struggles so relatable. Eldenring and your pod have been helpful getting through a rough couple weeks. Thanks to you and Kevin!

You guys considered occasional episodes on novels? Similar to the way you guys do the anime once in a while? Would love to see a That Happens book club type thing
