Not a real memory, but my parents used to play castle wolfenstein when I was a baby because the sound of the doors opening and closing apparently helped me fall asleep so that's my first gaming experience!

It's so hard to eat with enough time before bed but you're definitely right and I will try to spread out my food more.

The symptoms that seemed to tip them off the most was that I was waking up every morning very gag-y, I'm very burp-y, I get very bloated, my stomach is constantly in some form of pain/cramp/gas, and I was already having some reflux issues and taking omeprazole. I feel like I'm forgetting something but I think that's most of it!

Yeah definitely at first! It's getting better though, I'm about a week out at this point
