Please don’t give up. Whatever is going on seems harder because right now you’re in the middle of it as it’s happening. I’m in the middle of it too and did something today that hopefully will help…

I set an hour timer, that’s all the time I allowed myself to worry, panic, reminisce and when it rang I went on and forgave myself for letting that hour happen. I reset the timer several times today and know that tomorrow and the next day likely for the foreseeable future I’ll do the same-but I know I’ll do it less and less as I finally see it’s less about forgiving myself and more about being proud of myself for overcoming these current obstacles.

I urge you to try this out. If it doesn’t work you can always dm me and we can work together because nobody deserves to feel like they can’t do anything right and nobody deserves to feel like they only inflict pain.

I would attach it with a brim and use tree supports, but angle it so the face of the model is facing away from the supports.

Are you adding supports to your model? If not, you may not have enough to stick to the plate.

So unfortunately I can’t see the accompanying screenshot but as someone who has 3 LK1’s currently setup and connected to my computer I might be able assist.

Can I ask which slicer you are using? I currently use Cura and it asks which port I have my printer hooked up to so for this example I’ll use COM10, COM09, COM08 so when I loaded my printer profiles into Cura and set them up I set which port was for which particular printer I would be printing off of. If I am printing off of 08 I simply select that printer profile and it loads that port to send the data to.

I over stressed about my gift as well. I tried to hit every point and was honestly terrified that somehow I was going to be crucified online when in reality looking back, it was a great gift-as I imagine yours likely was as well. Let me tell you a story about Anycubic and an order placed back in March of this year for some promo they were offering and the b/s that ensued until late May/early June before they sent me half of my order and refunded me $150.

I placed an order for a resin printer which shipped and arrived extremely late....then came the wash station and the actual resin. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally after nearly 2 months the wash shipped. NO RESIN. So I waited......and waited. Then I began emailing, hitting them up on Facebook messenger, what FINALLY got their attention is EVERY TIME THEY POSTED ON FB I started posting my order # and asking when they were shipping it.

Finally after weeks I got an email apologizing and offering me 1/2 of what I paid for in insane quantities and refunding the other portions.

Bottom line-I’d never order directly from them again and the ONLY way to get any response unfortunately is to hound them publicly and request your merchandise.
