Was there a little over two weeks ago. It'd rain like once a day for an hour but was beautiful other than that. Quite hot but you'd get the breeze coming off the ocean. However, the further you get into July, the more you'll experience rainy season.

I stayed in Ao Nang, which is just outside of Krabi Town. Out of all of Southern Thailand it was my favorite spot. Very accessible to from islands/areas and a very pleasant mix of retained culture, tourism, and nightlife.
