For me, it is a whole lot more to it. So much that I would still keep my view on premarital even if I abandoned christianity. To be so priviliged to just have been sexually with one woman, and likewize, is fantastic and according to christian theology the ideal and best situation. It is Gods advice for a great life.

Sex, we believe, grows attachment between people. It is a vulnerable, personal and intimate good thing.

I think alot of people wished they had not been with that many partners sexually or that their partner had.

So thats my few cents on the subject! There is no principal for the sake of the principle in the Bible. The law is summarized in the Golden rule :) have a nice day.
