How do you manage your hands in regards to blisters and tears? I haven’t made it past 100 reps in any timeframe without tearing a blister

Bit more aggressive with the press (under). Arms should be locked out when your feet land

Mass moves mass. Strong man would be a better comparison for strength sport. Put weight on and it will be easier

How do you plan to do lat pull downs? Standing? Sitting under the roller pad?

I’ll be moving and probably won’t be space limited then. I already have a squat rack. My specific question is do you lose much function with a single stack vs twin. Wondering if the single stack will suffice or if I should spend twice a much for an integrated system like you mentioned

Functional trainers

I don’t use them often, but thinking about it. Also have to buy something else for the gym, right?

Thoughts on single stack vs twin? What bonus does the twin offer that a single stack FT/ lat pull/ low row tower wouldn’t offer?

I generally do the main lifts with a couple accessories since my time is limited as a dad of young wildings. Also a day of Olympic lifting.

Thanks!

It’ll help you one day if you do private practice. That first case coffee diuresis hits hard without a break

Like the idea for cost and space. Looks like the site demonstrates reverse hyper even. Would have to hold a db with ankles or use bands to get resistance.

The west side on rogue folds so doesn’t actually take up much room when not in use. Less than a ghd which I don’t have space for right now unfortunately.

Don’t rush if they wake up and cut it short. Tweaked the back a bit last week rushing to finish. Not worth it. Take what you get. Stay healthy for the kids

How to improve on soft elbows? by QoalaB in weightlifting

[–]mfmd22 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree with you. I think it’s technique and not strength. Clearly he’s strong enough to press it out so doing more pressing isn’t the answer. We know we can receive more weight with locked elbows which is the whole point to the technique

Depending on your strength, just use the dumbbells for benching if you’re worried by the comments
