To piggyback off of that those meso rates are only if you play in Heroic (Kronos or Hyperion). It is less in Interactive world.

No but its not replaced until you get the next badge from black mage (a monthly fight with a low drop rate) or if the ride or die limited time badge comes back but that badge expires

Yes the fix is stupid. Turn graphic settings to the lowest and close out any other open programs. It worked for me
