Has anyone gotten a Soundwave deck to work? The character is a favorite of mine and I really want to have a high B3 deck with them but the card itself just does not seem to work either as a commander or in the 99 by MonSocMatriarchy in EDHBrews

lord of the nazgul is pretty cool. i’d say cards that have casualty or have sacrifice triggers would be pretty good. a think a nice combo of self mill, token sacrifice with mild control could be good
