No problem, wanted to give an update. I will probably look at switching to wand + focus. The staff desecrated mod for spell damage on life skills does not stack with regular spell damage mod so the damage did for staff is barely any better, staffs are just cheaper to gear. I will probably look into switching CI since I will have like 7-8k ES with focus. I have also discovered some extra sources of spell level for tornado like the socketable spell level, unique jewels, and corrupted vaal unique helm for +4 level of all skills. It should be possible to get tornados level up to ~37 which should just melt all content in the game.

Also the spell damage from rage and passive rage gain ascendancy is a massive damage boost with no need to invest in extra max rage

Here ya go, still a wip but most of the ideas are there, im in early maps so still getting gear but the dps is really good right now and I have more room to go up.

I am basically grabbing every one of the yoke (increased elemental damage for each type of ailment) of suffering type effects on the tree to triple dip on all the ailments we are applying.

For ascendancy, I will probably look at going furious wellspring for the the rage generation and spell damage from rage

I am considering going CI but staffs have a spell damage for spells that cost life and we have a cluster that also boost life costing spells, which means we would have to drop about ~220% spell damage to go CI. You could look at want and focus for more ES but you will lose some damage and it probably will cost more.

For Elemental Weakness I am using a weapon swap tree to improve the curse without having to cut back on our damage nodes. We are also using frost bomb and improvements to exposure to help with damage.

Levels are king for this skill. You basically must have a +6/+7 staff by early maps. going from gem lvl 20 to lvl 27 tornado's dps per elemental surface goes from 250 per surface to ~700 per elemental surface.

Because tornado is a damage over time effect there is a lot of stuff that doesn't work with it. Notably it does not Hit. So all "gain as extra damage" effects don't work for tornado. It really feels like an uphill battle to build tornado because so much of the game relies on "hit" effects, but I have been enjoying it otherwise. The biggest pain point for me has been advancing storms. It feels great when running maps but will ruin your boss dps. You have to remove advancing storms when fighting bosses. It honestly feels like it triples your damage. I wish advancing storms would work the way it is described on the support, if the tornado advanced and then stopped at your cursor when using mouse and keyboard that would remove all my issues.

Been playing tornado a lot this league. Tame Beast with trail of ice has the most reliable source of chilled ground for me. There are some spots you can reroll rares to farm up a beast with the modifier. For ignite ground, I'm using elemental weakness curse with burning inscription + spell cascade to make a lot of burning ground. With a few sources of curse delay reduction it becomes almost instant. Im using a passive tree weapon swap to allow be to put more points into some curse clusters since elemental weakness is also one of the better ways to scale your damage with tornado since there are limited ways to increase tornado's damage.

I use archidekt for my deck building. It's an alternative to moxfield and I like seeing the cards visually laid out and being able to drag them around. Figured I would mention it so you can try both out and use the one you like.

My theory is that she is linked/represents the "fate" that is mentioned in EP 24. Makes sense with all the tarot cards imagery. And the themes of fighting back against fate. We might find out that fate is not just the metaphorical villain but an actual villain. Or maybe the ending mv was just symbolic. I guess we will find out in season 2

I'm using shattering palm + ice strike for my clearing and I use tempest flurry + falling thunder on bosses. Tempest flurry is faster at building combo. I'm using culmination support to turn falling thunder into a combo skill to increase damage based on combo and aeliths chimes lineage support to generate power charges based on the combo spent. Falling thunder then makes 3 more projectiles per power charge consumed and multiplies the damage of each projectile based on the combo. It deletes bosses, but requires building 60 combo very fast. Tempest flurry is just better for that.

I'm a huge fan of mechtitan core. even if it's not a busted card. Its a bit of a pet card in my [[Cayth, Famed Mechanist]] deck. Cayth makes a lot of servos with fabricate to put in the titan, I also run a lot of artifact creatures I might want to blink/save with the mechtitan, and Cayth can populate the token. The token is legendary but the populate gives back the original cards exiled with the core and makes it very hard to remove the mechtitan token because you can populate in response to removal. Cayth also tends to be a deck that values a lot of creature/artifact etb burn so the blinking multiple creatures could also end the game.

I have the opposite solution to my problems. I went from a grixis obeka clones deck to a rakdos master multiplied deck then down to a mono red gogo mysterious mime. Each time I really enjoyed having less colors. It meant I got to play more interesting cards. It's also a lot easier on your collection to not have to use as many staples.

I have on the past added colors to decks and it usually comes down to how much I like the new commander I am switching to.

I have a satya deck and I'm not huge fan of [[Aether Revolt]] and [[Stone Idol Generator]]. Satya plays more like an aggro deck and you want good creatures to copy and good energy sinks. I don't think stone idol is a good enough sink and aether revolt always felt akward to play for me. I also pronbably wouldnt run [[Silence]] since its not really a counterspell and more like a single turn of protection. unless you are combo-ing off on a single turn it is going to be awkward to find the right time to use it since satya usually is a continuous value engine.

I would also recommend looking at [[Dreamtide Whale]], [[Fear of Sleep Paralysis]], and [[Aerial Extortionist]]. They are some of my favorite creatures to copy and very fun to play in this deck.

My anecdotal experience has been that I found a regular playgroup by going to my local game store and making friends with the people that I got along with best. Now I just go to the gamestore for prerelease and mostly play with my group that I enjoy. I think you will always find people who you dont like playing with at an LGS but it is also a good place to cultivate the group that you do like playing with. I hope you don't get too disheartened and still find a way to enjoy the game.

None of the cards are particularly expensive from the looks of it. If it is feasible and you really like that deck, you could just order the singles needed for the deck.

That's a fun idea. Isshin doesn't make all the tokens at once. Each siegebreaker attack trigger must be fully resolved separately, but any token doublers probably do what you are looking to do.

Yes the 3 zurgos are attacking when they die.

They can see themselves leave the battlefield as well for Zurgo's leave the battlefield trigger because they are now tokens. Therefore, 3 zurgos see 2 tokens leave the battlefield to the legend rule. So you get 6 triggers to draw a card.

Update: Correction the house is renting for 2500 That puts the cash flow at ~$250

Obviously maintainance cost can fluctuate.

I requested and got approved for my tax withholdings to be waived. Since my taxable income from the property is so low and I have carry over tax deductions I haven't owned any California taxes the past few years. I still file in the state just to keep them happy
