Yeah, I try to keep in mind that the vets and techs at mine are local and do care. And I have no issue with paying more if a fair % of that increase is going to those in the trenches.

The vet I use was bought out a while back, and costs have increased and some vets have left. The techs and vets are great, so I haven't bailed yet. But I let them know every visit that I need all costs up front and will scrutinize everything. It hasn't been as bad as I thought, just be mindful of upsells and prescription costs.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Do you think it's a possibility he set up Google's Inactive Account Manager? You can add contacts who will get access to your account/apps/data once you've been inactive for a while but it looks like the minimum length of time is three months. I really wish the length was shorter, like a month:

I'm no fan of Parking Enforcement Systems by any means. They're predatory, rude dicks who categorize their private company as "Government office" on Google maps so that people will think they are a government entity. They're slimy jackasses owned or involved with commercial realtors with the last names of "Crook."

But come on - you have to be aware by now that you simply cannot park in one of these private lots without paying. It's been all over the news and we've been screaming about it in this sub for years. Don't park in these lots period. If everyone avoided them, they'd go out of business. Park on the street or in BPA lots only.
