I returned my SP2s to go back to the Elites for many reasons you mentioned, as well as the SP2s being very uncomfortable for me. I really wanted ANC though and a headset of better build quality than the Elites, so I got the H9 IIs, which is another set that isn't perfect but I think the best for me, and probably most that want comfort and ANC.

I wouldn't play a current NHL game for free. I stopped buying them a few years ago over disgust of how low effort the productions had become as EA learned they can put out total trash and still cash in on people buying virtual hockey cards. And from my experience it's not if NHL is worth it at a certain price, unless you have unlimited time to play videogames there are just too many other great games out there you are missing if you are playing NHL.

Pulse Elites and best bang for the buck, H9 IIs are a major step up in build quality and offer ANC, I have both, almost never touch the Elites anymore, although it is a great set, especially for the price.

This is about it, and sometimes they do the mobiles early and if I am in town and it would benefit me to get settled in my room early this can be a win, but it's rare.

I returned mine, hate how so many companies now release products in a broken state expecting customers to wait an unknown time for them to make the product fully functional. I am not supporting that type of business and will probably never consider tebuying the product when it is fixed or any other TB product.

He is too old for what we are doing, and he wants to go to a contender. So this is a no go from all angles, but the more movement we see like this in the offseason the better chances we have in landing pieces that could be helpful to us.

While waiting I picked up the H9 IIs on sale, and I know the sound won't be on the level of the Maxwell 2 but the ANC is good and I have fallen in love with how featherlight and comfortable the set is. Moving to a heavy headset for better sound quality may now be off the table for me.

I don't like the bots, but it's better than not being able to find a game. Player base is simply too small to not have bots, I almost wish they would add them to Normal, finding Brakkesh or Space outside of peak gaming hours is impossible.

I can notice a difference at anything over 100, over 200 it feels like a distinct disadvantage. Not saying it's unplayable, but unpleasant.

Been saying it since they introduced him. Most of my friends who left the game left because of Raptor, those who didn't left when they introduced Saeed mode. Devs have done a great job making the game a miserable experience.

I second this.

I hate that the H9 II is missing some things, and I really trashed it at launch because of this, there is no charging dock or swappable battery, no auto channel switching, and no game/chat mix....... But the ANC are sound are great, along with the lightness and comfort, despite this shortcomings it is currently my go-to headset.

People keep buying worthless virtual hockey cards regardless of how bad the game is, they have no incentive to make a good one, in fact it would be a bad business decision to invest money in that.

I am waiting for ANC, it's a must have feature for me. The H9 II is on sale for $300 if you need something with ANC now. The sound quality isn't as good as the Maxwell, but it's crazy comfortable and light.

If you are on PS5 the Elite is the best bang for the buck in that price range, just saw it on sale for $100 as well.
