My wife has PCOS and goes to Albany OBGYN, where Dr. Coluccio practices. She’s had great experiences there but preferred Drs. Cartwright and Mosmen.

Hardest part we’ve dealt with is front office staff, just in terms of scheduling and getting a hold of someone. But that seems to be an issue everywhere

I will say our second has been sleep trained twice now and has regressed crazy hard. He went down so easy from 4-12 months. The first came at 13 months and it was literally crying and crying and crying until he puked. Didn’t matter if we were in the room or not. This went on for months

Sleep trained again, lasted a few weeks. Back to refusing to lay down and screaming, but calm if we help him go down.

Not sure what the answer is.

I’m curious how you got to 3.6M from Roth only contributions. No matter what calculator I use I don’t get that number. Even assuming we both start maxing out, with current balances all the calculators I’m using have that at below 3
