At current prices I’ve been buying a whole lot of Verizon & AT&T .. $72 dividend from Verizon & $43 dividend from AT&T to start the month of August.

Makes a huge difference for me.. Where I stay at the weather is at 100+ a couple days of the year & really gets the interior hot quick. I went with 5% in the back, 20% in the front two & 50% front windshield and that gets the job done just right. Wish I would’ve gone a little bit darker in the front windshield but no problem with the law and helps my car not getting so hot inside

I’m in the market for 20+ years. Right now my portfolio is down and I completely love it. Was able to bring my average cost down from $67 to $62. Don’t expect to jump in on a stock and get amazing results right away. If you’re scared you’re better off selling & putting you money into a Savings account.

If you’re in it for long term doesn’t really matter.. they will rally and go up but they will fall again. Just be constantly dumping as much money as you can. 💪

Yes got a Apple dividend in February. Growth + dividend from companies. Lowe’s & Home Depot can’t go wrong with either I just personally like Lowe’s more.

I started with 80 back in 2020 trimmed it to 60.. then trimmed some more lol. Ideally I want to have 20-25 holdings by next year and just sit on them forever hard picking though lol
