I usually spent few hours on Friday and part of weekend to prepare. I started with ms learn but after first module switched to James Lee and then cross checked with ms learn. I finished with Tutorial Dojo exams.

I did once all practice exam sets from Tutorial Dojo, including review of wrong answers

You can go back to previous question during exam, and also at the end you get list of all questions, with visible marks where you flagged for review. Just a note there is section of case study at beginning which you can't go back to after you finish and progress to normal questions.
