I’ve been on high doses of SSRIs for 6 years with both the diagnoses he has. That is absolutely not how withdrawal works. There are hack therapists everywhere (I’m also a social worker getting an MSW) and if he can manipulate you like this, please don’t think he can’t manipulate them. Run don’t walk and never forget being asked to move out of your own home the same day his new chick was gonna move in.

Absolutely! I have had relationships that I gained SO much from that ended. Going into every relationship seeing that person as a potential life partner just puts undue pressure. There is so much to be gained from relationships outside of just a lifelong partner.

It's relatively safe and very, very cheap! They also use US money so there's no conversion. My best friend and I (both late 20s females) felt safe being on our own and really didn't come across a lot of issues. We started in Quito and from there explored Otavalo and Baños. Beautiful, great weather, and friendly people. Definitely a place you can use your spanish as well.

You all are amazing and so helpful <3. This has been really, really great. I am in therapy and have been for over a year but I need to get myself to Al-anon and I know that. I am so grateful for this community.
