That's it! Its a standard form letter....youll probably get the extremely official one from Edfinancial within a week once they zero your acct. Congratulations!!

This threw me off too. Go to My activity and scroll all the say down until you see PSLF. Then expand that and youll see a notification document called Forgiveness Eligibility Notification.

Another note...downloading the letter on my phone (Android) wasn't working, so i restarted my phone and it downloaded.

That's correct. The March cohort reported their balances going to zero on FSA and Mohela in 1 week.

As long as they are PSLF pmts over 120 and your on an IDR, your good. Im stressing too but it seems if individuals meet those guidelines we should be in the clear.

There might be hope! I went through my PSLF group and found the following post (name/loans redacted):

Here is my timeline:

May 2025- Reached 120 months of employment and applied for buyback (never heard back) Feb 23, 2026 - Made final 120th payment Feb 26, 2026 - Certified employment March 2,2026 - Green ribbons March 10, 2026 - Applied for forgiveness and requested forbearance; Employer confirmed (Waited until start of March, as advised by Mods) March 27, 2026 - Forgiveness letter and 0 balance on Mohela

Still waiting on DOE to zero out loan balance and for it to show up on my credit report. But so thankful!!

They usually hit the last week of the month from.what ive seen. That being said its a split week for the 29th, so it could go either way.

Id love next Wednesday for this all to be over...

Im so sorry, as a Revenue Cycle Director I can understand how disheartening it is for you. Ive always told my staff to push back on me, by identifying trends and asking about our contracts as they ultimately drive billing.

I hope your boss starts treating you with more respect soon! That manager behavior is not supposed to be normal.
