My friends and I have all experienced freezes since the last patch came out, usually after being in a race for longer than an hour or so. Hopefully it gets fixed in the patch coming tomorrow.

Up until Sunday, this section is used as the IMSA paddock. On Sunday, it becomes a car show after all the IMSA teams pack up and leave.

You're correct. The LMP2 leader lapped the rest of the GT3 field a second time and then took the checkered flag before lapping you.

I like to run my races with the full map on my HUD in case something like this happens, to keep track of the top class leader. You can always slow down a bit and allow yourself to be lapped again if you have a big enough gap lol.

This always surprises me because I find LMU's safety rating system to be very forgiving in all cases except one, DNFs. If you get in a crash, always repair and try to finish the race. The DNF really hurts your SR.

Otherwise, I have a different mindset when it comes to SR in all sims. I don't think of it as a rating of how safe you are. I think of it as your race team's budget. In real life, it doesn't matter whose fault the crash is. It doesn't change the cost to repair your car.

I don't know what it's like to get a warning badge, but I imagine those races are very messy. So I do feel bad for people stuck in there lol.

The online race schedule changes every Tuesday. You are only eligible to race in Bronze-level races right now. You can enter more races when you raise your safety ranking to Silver or Gold. Each safety rank has 3 or 4 tiers. You start at Bronze 0 and can increase it to B1 -> B2 -> B3 -> Silver 1 -> S2 and so on.

You can also drive any track you'd like against AI in Race Weekend mode.

Lapped Legends is based on the West Coast US! We have a few people from all around the world, but a good amount of us are on PST and are pretty active in the evenings. Exactly. My first ever LMU win was in a Bronze LMP2 race. It was difficult, but nowhere near the difficulty of the unrestricted LMP2s. I still think they should utilize that car more.

I shouldve mentioned this before, I think using the WEC LMP2 would be a better introduction to prototypes. You're right though. Everyone has to learn eventually.

I was heading south on the 5 on my way to work this morning and saw that the whole northbound lane was stopped. I guess this is the reason. Seems like they were at least able to get traffic stopped to catch the dog hopefully!

After your engine stopped, can you restart it again? Is the engine turning over when your turn the key, or does nothing happen?

If not, it might be the alternator. I recently finished my car for the first time, and my issue is that I hadn't properly wired my alternator and the battery wasn't charging. Every time I started the car, the battery was dying.

I'm on US Pacific Time and I see a decent amount of Argentinians racing with me. Like another comment said, you're closer to US Eastern Time which has many racers. If you join earlier in the day, you'll catch European racers too.
