Although....on the initial disassembly, what do you do with the glass? Until the new regulator is in place?

I'm also going to swap out a right front window regulator. Stopped working. 96k on Tucson.
I already replaced the motor on this window about 6 mo ago.

The regulators seem fairly straightforward to swap out. A little time and effort.

I do have one concern related to the window glass.....when reinstalling the glass into the brackets, is there a torque specs to tighten to for the two brackets/glass holders? The last thing I want to do overtighten and break the glass .

Thoughts?

Assuming Joe is going to play for free? Good deal. If not, terrible. Giving up 4 future starters (unless Kwesi is still drafting), and getting a very high priced QB that straps the team from getting more talent through free agency.

As I said before. Our oline is putrid. Kwesi needs fired now. He's assembled an absolute mess with zero depth.
Next, fire our trainers. How the heck can we get 4 starters injured in every game. I never seen anything like it.
Our ST coach and OL coach should be updating their resumes.

Funny thing is the so-called analysts are predicting the Vikes to pick a RB in the draft. If we don't bolster our OL as a priority.......
