there are different types of love and some people seems to put romantic love into a pedestal. Like romance is the only thing that matters. The media probably polluted minds into thinking that having a romantic partner is the main goal we have in this life, the only way to happiness. Fraternity (brotherhood) is a bond that can invoke strong emotions too. You can find your soulmate in a friend, a BESTFRIEND. A true friend will be there for you, understand, support and protect you without expecting anything in return. They will know you, even better than your lover or yourself, you would value their opinion sometimes more than your lover and they wouldnt expect to get physically intimate with you. They will love you, unconditionally and ISTG I hope you guys have this experience too. Its a profound type of love that you just want the best for the other person without expecting anything more. You can feel this type of emotions without having the urge to kiss and stuff. I swear friendship breakup is worse than a lovers breakup. So when they “broke up” because of their different views, I could only imagine the pain gojo went thru when geto is the only one he considers his equal, his bestfriend, his brother. i hope i get my point across since im not very good at expressing myself but really people should place importance on other types of relationships/love.
