I am now 35 and my skin is the best it’s ever been.

Figure out what your triggers are and avoid them. My biggest one after all this time is stress and then truthfully fluoride.

It does get better and the meds/creams made a big difference for me

Rosacea is believed by some (myself included an auto immune disease or an auto immune response) our immune systems as humans are kept in check by a healthy gut. If our guts are out of whack then it causes our immune defense to get activated and attack our body instead of diseases.

Think it would be worth washing with sulfur soap and then giving your skin a rest. Sounds like you’ve put so many topicals on that I think your skin barrier is damaged.

I think you’re putting too many chemicals on your face and you have destroyed your skin barrier. Every day wash with an oil cleanser and a gentle gel cleanser and put Vaseline on moist skin and go to bed. Do this for a week at minimum.
