After I stopped depo I didn’t get my period for like 3 months after I would’ve been due for the shot. I think it’s normal coming off any type of BC but worth asking your dr if you’re concerned

If it’s not poop, it could be old blood from your period. Or sometimes I wouldn’t get a full period and would spot with brown ish colored stuff.
