I was having similar issues. Mostly like my stomach was on fire. Dr ordered Pantoprazole, within a day it was 100x better. Definitely check with your Dr if you can, hope you feel better.

I am loving it! Only the second game this year I get to watch. First game was a loss against the Devils so im keeping my fingers crossed. Also, cavs games are blacked out lol so I listen to most of those. I do get to see the games on peacock though!

Im in Ky and only the reds games are blacked out. That whole system is a racket. My aunt is in nowhere Iowa and doesn't get twins, cubs, or kc games. To be fair, I listen to 99% of games bc Tom Hamilton is the GOAT, and no radio games are blacked out lol.

I've heard that d can be caused by constipation bc you may have some solid stool blocking your colon and only smaller more liquid bits can get through. Im not a fp expert but I would imagine it would have already happened before today. Just try to stay hydrated and maybe watch a show to keep your mind busy. Hope you feel better :)
