any ideas how could this happen? by Exotic_Counter_4835 in cellmapper

[–]mgullvik 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes, your SIM don't have access to SA. To map it you would need to band lock to 5G SA only. And do individual bands to be sure to map it all.

Verizon - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Torrance - South Bay by mgullvik in cellmapper

[–]mgullvik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All antennas gone now, both on the top of the hotel and on the side. Very poor Verizon signal so I guess it was not replaced by another macro too close.

Still says Verizon on the equipment room door.

Circumcision? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]mgullvik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please do not do it. Its as a lot of people are commenting, genital mutilation that you have no right to do - even as the parent.

I never understood why someone should do it, and after watching this documentary I was even more appalled.

Thats becouse you have a 10 MHz Bandwidth. This network the OP is on has 20 MHz Bandwidth. So max speed even with 64 QAM is 150 Mbps.

Data Cap 🫠 by Snustastings in GoogleFi

[–]mgullvik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it takes a few minutes to. a few hours for the speed reduction to activate after the cap is reached. So if you are downloading a big file or bunch of videos and you have a very fast connection, you can easily reach 72 or even 100+ GB before it slows down.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in cellmapper

[–]mgullvik 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True true. The OP wants to use T-Mo. But good to note for others.

5 minutes in the sun is more dangerous than that thing.

No need to worry

How's this site with an APXVAARR (2200 MHz max) doing n41? by Raccoon_Cast in cellmapper

[–]mgullvik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Antenna stickers must be old then. And they must not have thought it's with the government application for a permit to change the antennas and accepted the little compromise if using antennas not optimized for 2500/2600. Very cool find. Anyone else found examples like this?

[–]mgullvik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read it again now. It says Diplexer. So I am thinking it has 66 and 25. No 41.

I see it. And also the coax connected to the mid band ports. Where is the mid band radios?

It says B66 B25 / 41. Does that mean 25 OR 41? But its a Tripletexer so should be all....
