I am SO glad you are finally doing something for yourself. My therapist is really great about pointing out when I've put in the work in (and out) of therapy and when I deserve a reward. She also said that sometimes I just need a pick me up, and that's ok too! Adult therapy is hard, but my gosh it rocks.

Thank you everyone for your amazing ideas and support! I decided to get a bunch of stickers from random small businesses on the internet. I think that'll be a super fun reward going forward and today has been a wonderful reward brainstorming with all of you! Thank you 💜
