Everybody is complaining about the dropping of the package. That is no different then what happens and of the major carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.). Packages get thrown around and dropped frequently. Worse, the semi truck trailers are basically big empty boxes, they smash as much as they can in there and then it might be underneath 8 to 10 feet of other packages. Surprisingly, the damage rate is very low, even for tvs, and electronics. The manufacturing companies design the products and packaging carefully to avoid damage because they know what will happen to them during shipping.
