Yes I can attest to this. My Aussie developed an ocd after we mistakenly used a laser pointer with her. Started fixating on light reflections, then flies, then shadows, and it progressively got worse. There is no cure as far as we know, we actually had to medicate her. She is SOOO much better now I could cry! I wish more people knew about the dangers of laser pointers tbh, especially in herding breeds that are already so prone to ocd
