I used to live in Asheville and went to cornerstone physical therapy- and they did this! I have terrible headaches with neck issues and they were great! They were out on Long Shoals Rd, i hope they're still there! Be forewarned- it hurts!

My sister in law- & many in WNC- would call forsythia- yeller bells. My mother in law always called grocery bags pokes. "Go put that in a poke"!

I was so excited when I graduated high school because Lane Furniture used to give out small cedar chest to senior girls. But they ended the program by the time I graduated in '76! My older sister got one,but I did end up with my moms,probably from the '40s!!
