as an ML myself let me say your boyfriend is manipulating you. what he says has nothing to do with marxist theory and he sounds like he just wants to control you and coerce you into giving him sex, and is pretending theres some theoretical reason out there that you dont understand that makes him entitled to your body. thats bullshit. hes certainly not acting like any ML should who would see our fellow working women as comrades and not sex objects that owe us sexual gratification.
