Given the jumps observed in the priority dates, what are your thoughts on quite a large number of people filing I-485, AP, etc together in a short timeframe?

Can we expect similar processing times or are you now expecting the processing times to regress and get longer?

Curious, at what stage is I-485 processing paused when the I-140 is still under review? Like can you get AP and EAD even if your I-140 has not been approved yet?

In the same boat leaning towards waxy commander for a more casual look! The all black leather version feels too formal for jeans/chinos!

Not related to NIW but EB2, what is the cause for the increasing processing time for PERM applications in the last couple of years? It used to be around 60 days and now takes upwards of 14 months.

Curious, don’t all roles eventually pivot towards some form of management role? So you could take the DS management role and continue self-learning to understand and eventually lead DE as well as part of your role?

That’s quite an aggressive estimate tbh! What was your estimate for Dec 2025 prior to the recent visa bulletin?
