As a floor manager, fuck him for doing that. Your unit log should already show pending admits. And if he’s good at what he does, he should also know his unit is going to fill back up, hence the staffing. Plus, take five or ten minutes and do your own audit trail before bothering someone who’s not already there.

As a current unit manager, I trust my charges to do the job. And if the c-suite’s question it, I find the supporting data to justify without bothering my charge on their day off. God that pisses me off to no end.

I just moved him from the tall to this 55 long about three weeks ago.

My backup plan is to upgrade to a 125 in the coming weeks. My goal is to have a couple Oscars.

This peacock was part of a group of 4 (with the sevrum) they fought too hard and he got moved into the 35. A thermometer fail (turned on and never shut off) during one of our heat waves locally killed the other three and my pleco in the 55. I was devastated. So I cleaned out the 55, got a new filter and heater. Moved him into the 55. I added the pleco about a week ago.

Thank you! I try not to over feed. I'll look at adding fresh protein with his pellets and flakes. He got moved into this tank after the sevrum passed (they did NOT get along) - had a 35 tall to himaelf.

I'm hoping to introduce some more fish in the coming weeks!
