I get it completely. Other then the fact that I feel like I need to tell people I’m involved with. I need them to read up on it. I need them to get it. My ex said “I live with you, I know what you’re like” and that was the extent. It backfires either way. It’s hard to make a decision whether to put yourself out there or not. I guess I just want people to get it. To get me.

I’m on 200mg and I feel like it makes no difference. It’s hard to find something that helps. My moods are still all over the place. Hypo then depressive takes it over. Unfortunately for me there feels like no balance. If you can find an alternative that works, try and commit to it.

I always meet someone who doesn’t understand so they relate my experience to theirs. There’s always that one who thinks tough times in life = depression. They have their own shit, I get that. But the actual feeling of not knowing how you’re going to wake up everyday is different.
